03 / Offer & Negotiation
Discuss pricing, Incoterms® 2020, inspection, insurance, documentary requirements, performance protections and payment mechanics.
04 / Contract & Bank Instruments
Agree a written SPA and any applicable LC, DLC, SBLC or bank transfer arrangements. All instruments require bank and legal review.
05 / Loading & Shipment
Coordinate logistics, independent inspection where contracted, shipping documents and milestone communications.
06 / Delivery & Settlement
Apply contractual acceptance, claims, documentary presentation and settlement procedures as agreed by the parties.
